Stephanie Schestag has been a practitioner of yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching for over 12 years. She has earned her teaching certificates in Bikram Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga. During her teacher training with Bikram he asked her to help to run his future teacher trainings. She is the proud studio director of 4 yoga studios. Stephanie loves all types of yoga, but feels that the 26 & 2 are the postures that she will always come back to because they are efficient and effective. The 26 & 2 are a solid foundation for any yoga practitioner for healing, meditation, and fitness.
Stephanie is also the proud mother of twin girls and is a graduate of Loyola Law School.
